Class of 1997
Denise Payton was born and raised in Joliet, IL. She attended Joliet Junior College, earning her associates degree in liberal arts in 1997. In 1981 Denise graduated from Purdue University where she earned a bachelor's of arts in psychology.
Currently she is employed as Case Manager for Will County Children’s Advocacy Center.
Denise supports Joliet Junior College’s mission to offer an affordable and quality college education available to everyone in the community.
Denise is involved in a number of community organizations including the Council of Working Women, Zonta and is a member of the Take Back the Night Committee.
