Grievance Procedures
Joliet Junior College is committed to providing prompt and effective resolution of incidents of discrimination and harassment by College employees, and encourages informal resolution of discrimination complaints as close to the source as possible. Please inform the manager of Student Accommodations and Resources (StAR) in A-1125 if you have any incidents of discrimination or grievances related to your disability. If your grievance is not resolved you may be directed to speak with Karl Brooks, Dean of Student Success. He is located at the main campus, A-1147 in the Campus Center .
